Media agencies are seeing a strong lift in ad spend as brands rush for airtime on TV, andavailability in outdoor and radio.

SMI (Standard Media Index) numbers for October show the market down 4.8%, a long way fromthe depths of the pandemic in May with a record 40.4% drop in ad spend.
