TV advertising spend returns to pre-pandemic levels

The latest media agency numbers confirm a return to growth for advertising bookings for metropolitan television after being crushed during the depths of the coronavirus crisis.

Industry insiders say unpublished SMI (Standard Media Index) numbers will show bookings for metro TV up 7.4% in October compared to the same month in 2019.
